TeachApply licenses the use of its TeachApply software (the “Software”) to Educational Organizations (the “Clients”) as Software as a Service (SaaS) model. Your privacy is very important to us. Accordingly, we have developed this Policy in order for you to understand how we collect, use, communicate and disclose and make use of personal information. We use your Personal Information only for providing and improving the website. By using the website, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. The following outlines our Privacy Policy.

TeachApply Software collects personal data from job-applicants on behalf of the Client through the Job Application forms. Job Application forms are customized for each Client, and may collect various personal data, according to Client’s requirements and particularities. Unless you agree otherwise, when submitting a Job Application for a specific job vacancy with a Client, your personal data is only made available to that specific Client and the third parties that the Client agrees to engage and share your personal data as part of its recruitment process.

The types of data we collect from job-applicants on behalf of the Clients may include, but are not limited to:


  • personal information such as name, date of birth, marital status, gender, nationalities;
  • contact information such as address, email addresses, telephone numbers;
  • past and current education records such as schools attended, courses of study, periods of study and academic results;
  • past and current employment information such as company name, company type, sector, designation, business telephone numbers and email addresses;
  • references details such the name, title, contact of referees;
  • images, documents, photographs, videos; and
  • statements, proceedings and confirmations for assessment to the suitability of employment and compliance with equal opportunities legislation

Computer Information Collected


Like most standard websites we use website-analytics software such as Google Analytics and cookies to analyze trends in how our website is accessed and utilized. This information is anonymous and cannot be directly linked to individual users. We may use it to identify high-use or low-use areas of the site, pinpoint problem areas of the site, analyze broad demographic trends in our visitors, and make decisions about how to make it easier for people to find and navigate our website.

Whenever users submit personal information via TeachApply website and online forms, upon submission that information is encrypted via SSL (Secured Sockets Layer). Servers that store personally identifiable information are in a secure environment. All personal data you provide TeachApply are secured, and access to them is restricted to authorised personnel only. Under no circumstances are credit card numbers permanently stored on our website servers.
