Safeguarding Responsibilities

Pastoral

Lead the pastoral provision for children across the Upper School.

Facilitate regular co-curricular opportunities, in which students’ happiness, welfare and all-round development can be nurtured.

Ensure a consistent approach to standards of behaviour, attendance and punctuality is implemented across the Upper School.

Lead the Heads of Section in the welfare of students; follow up on incidents; maintain detailed records and student files; have meetings with parents during or after school as required, sometimes with other Upper School staff members; communicate with parents.

To follow and implement school policies and procedures in and out of the classroom and ensure that they are being followed.
