Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced English Teacher with a high level of English proficiency to deliver high-quality English language training to our Vietnamese staff. This role will empower employees to communicate confidently with international colleagues and clients, supporting Atlas’s commitment to professional growth and
global standards. The position also supports the Learning & Development (L&D) function through training delivery, evaluation, and administrative support.

Location: Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam

Position Type: Teacher

Contract Type: Full Time

1. Education & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, TESOL, or a related field.
English teaching certificate (CELTA, TESOL, TEFL, or equivalent).
2. Experience & Skills
Minimum 2 years’ experience teaching English to adults, ideally in a corporate environment.
Experience with Vietnamese learners or the AEC industry is an advantage.
Proven ability to design and deliver engaging lessons at various proficiency levels.
Strong skills in MS Office, online teaching platforms, and digital collaboration tools.
Experience with graphic design tools (such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva) is an advantage.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
Ability to motivate and inspire learners; energetic, adaptable, and culturally sensitive.
Demonstrated experience in assessing training effectiveness and reporting measurable learning outcomes.
Ability to use data, feedback, and performance indicators to drive continuous improvement in training delivery and impact.
Exceptional command of English, as good as a native English speaker.
International teaching experience and the ability to work in a multicultural environment are highly valued
