Kansai International Academy is currently seeking experienced teachers for the 2019 -2020 academic year for one of our 9 Kansai campuses and Tokyo campuses: Higashi Osaka, Ashiya, Hirakata, Akashi, Kyoto, Himeji, Tennoji, Kobe, Kyoto, Yokohama, Bunkyo, Chiyoda and Azabu. Kansai International Academy has 9 campuses in Kansai and 6 in Tokyo Area with kindergartens and early learning centers, and an Elementary School in Tokyo, and our Kobe campus is K-12. Our Kobe campus is authorized for the International Baccalaureate Primary Years Programme (IB/PYP). The Secondary School has 6 classes (grade 7 to 12) with the IB Diploma Programme. Kansai International Academy was established in 2003, offering an English-Japanese bilingual program from our Early Learning Center to Secondary School in Kobe, Japan. We are an IB PYP / DP school, following the Japanese academic year calendar, and our Secondary School students study one year abroad during their Year 9. KIA is committed to creating a safe and nurturing learning environment that fosters the development of emotionally resilient and open-minded learners, inspiring them to collaborate and take responsibility for their own words and actions as individuals and as members of the community. We are expecting to have our first G12 graduate students in March 2022.
